I really appreciate this post. However, if you want a cheap kindle cover, I recommend spending some times around amazon UK store. There are a lot of nicely-made kindle 4 covers under £10.

I received Marware Journi kindle cover yesterday. I’m very pleased with it because it performs better than I expected. At first, I think this cover might be bulky, but it’s not. Another advantage is I can put my USB cable in the front pouch!

Hi, I’m going to buy a new kindle because I broke my old one. However, I also have a lighted cover for kindle 3. Will it fit with the new kindle? Or I need to buy new one? Please help.

I’m afraid you have to buy a new one. Kindle 3 lighted leather cover by amazon holds kindle in place with special hinges that also draw power from kindle. In kindle 4, the connection port’s location is change from the left side to bottom. So, I think your cover will not compatible with the new kindle 4.
